Please complete and submit the secure membership request form below to be considered for membership. All applications will be reviewed for approval by the Club's Membership Committee. Applicants will receive notice of application status by email. Initial annual membership dues are $150 for an individual or $200 for an individual plus one sharing same household/same address. Member participation in various Club events and concerts will be included at no additional cost with a paid annual membership. Many Club events and concerts will be offered to members for an additional participation fee per member. Club members are required to keep a current charge card on file for pre-approval of any fees incurred for elected participation in club activities that require an additional fee. Club members may bring a limited number of guests a limited number of times to various Club events in accordance with Club rules, guest fees will apply and will be billed directly to the Club member's charge card on file. This is a private club! Club memberships may be canceled at any time for any reason and only by Club Management. In the event of a cancelled membership, a pro-rata portion of annual membership dues will be refunded as determined by the Club. MUST BE 21 OR OLDER |
